The Stats:
Had 85 tackles with 29 assists and nine KO hits. Also caused four fumbles and recovered two. Also a standout offensive lineman for the Panthers. Signed with Ranger Community College in Ranger, Texas. A four year starter. Finished third in small-school state weightlifting competition last March. Named to the Birmingham News All-State team.

Dewayne Duncan
6-1, 195 RB/DB

The Stats:
Leading rusher on the state championship team. Finished with 1,206 yards on 149 carries and 21 touchdowns. Had 23 tackles and four interceptions. Named to the ASWA 1-A All-State team.

Jeremy East

Jr. OT/DT

The Stats:
Had 41 tackles and 44 assists on a defense that earned nine shutouts on the season. Was also one of the strongest blockers on the offensive line. Won his division in small-school weightlifting competition last March. Named to the Birmingham News 1-A All-State team.

The Stats:
Hess was named the MVP to the Class 1A game. He led the strong Panthers' defense, which earned nine shutouts, with 56 tackles and 37 assists. Also caused one fumble and had nine KO hits. Named to the ASWA and Birmingham News 1-A All-State team.

Travis Zackery

Sr. FB/DE

The Stats:
Recorded 49 tackles and 35 assists. He also caused three fumbles. On offense he rushed for 791 yards and eight touchdowns. Won state weighlifting competition last March.

Brian Glenn
6-0, 175 Jr. RB/DB

The Stats:
Led team with 601 yards receiving with four touchdowns. Had 674 yards rushing with five touchdowns, 31 punt returns for 506 yards and six more touchdowns. Also made 28 tackles and had seven interceptions, one returned for a touchdown.
